VICTOR DELA CASA

Born November 1978 in Olongapo City, Philippines. Studied Economics at the University of the Philippines and graduated in the summer of 2000. Migrated to Canada in 2001. Graduated with a Diploma in Business Administration with Honours at Eastern College in Halifax, Nova Scotia in 2004. Worked within the Information Technology, Marketing, Communications and Finance industries in Canada. Since 2006, has been working in the Federal Government as a Public Servant for the public works, international trade, employment equity and naval defence. Travelled throughout the world including Japan, Hong Kong, Australia, United States and Great Britain. Returned home to Philippines in 2012. Currently working as a Business Marketing Consultant for a local firm while writing for a couple of U.S. based law firms.
